Restore balance

through reiki

Personalized reiki care to holistically support healing, renewal, and overall well-being.

Why reiki?

In an ever‑changing world, intentionally taking care of yourself—mind, body, and spirit—is a radical act, and one of the most meaningful (and powerful) things you can do.

More people are reconnecting with the understanding that well‑being goes beyond the physical—it’s about nurturing the relationship between your body, your inner state, and how you care for yourself, and embracing practices that support balance and wholeness.

What reiki can do for you

Reiki is often used as a complementary wellness practice that works alongside conventional medical care. It’s gentle, noninvasive, and designed to support overall balance without interfering with other treatments.

Many people describe Reiki as deeply relaxing and supportive during times of stress or change. Sessions may help you:

  • Feel deeply relaxed and calmer

  • Reduce stress and tension

  • Support emotional well‑being and mental clarity

  • Feel more balanced and grounded

  • Cope with everyday discomfort, fatigue, or anxiety

  • Create space for rest, reflection, and self‑connection

Reiki is generally considered safe and can be part of a broader self‑care or wellness routine. While it is not a substitute for medical treatment, many people find it a meaningful way to support their overall well‑being.

What is reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, hands‑on practice that helps the body relax and reset. Using light touch and focused intention, it supports calm, well‑being, and your body’s natural healing process. Reiki is a complementary, noninvasive practice that supports the mind, body, and spirit.

About the practitioner: my story

I found reiki nine years ago, after a turbulent journey in my personal life, and knew the trauma I was trying to heal would take a lot to recover from. A practice I’d never heard of would end up turning my life around and restoring meaning for me.

A year of reiki sessions in 2017 helped me turn my life around, and I let me find and develop a spiritual practice that sustains me. After seeing how powerful reiki could be in my own healing journey, I started training immediately with the Reiki Education and Research institute in 2018.

I spent a few years leveling up my learnings and achieving my Advanced and Master reiki levels before going on to study professionally as a practitioner.

I continue to work closely with the RERI organization as a researcher and as a practitioner through their Ki-Paradigm program.
